Am curious about Pa’s package. I must have missed something earlier.
We said we would get him new shoes, a CD player and shorts with elastic for Father’s Day. Someone got him the shorts. We didn’t find him a CD player. So I told Sylvain for sure we had to get it for his birthday. I finally found one with knobs big enough for his shaky fingers on Amazon. It came two days ago and he is beside himself. He starts playing with it first thing in the morning. He loves his Johnny Cash and hasn’t been able to listen to it for a few years now. I wasn’t there when he opened it, but Sylvain told me that his dad’s eyes teared up when he put in the Greatest Hits CD and heard his old favourites again after so long. Music is very healing. xo K
